Another Second for Senior Gator Boys

The boys had another great weekend on the courts, finishing first in round robin play and then losing in the final to Crescent Heights. The boys clinched first in their pool by sweeping Stratmore, Holy Trinity Academy and Three Hills 2-0, and grinding out a hard fought 2-1 victory over Crescent Heights. From there the boys were granted a bye into the semi-finals where they knocked off Eagle Butte 25-11 and 25-17. We then et Crescent Heights again in the final where blocking was the difference as the boys lost 21-25 and 20-25. The boys finished the tournament with a record of 10-3...pushing their season mark to 65-28. It's league playoffs on Tuesday and then Zone Championships Nov. 20/21 at SGS.
